What type of fee structure do you use?
It depends on the matter. We have used hourly, flat, contingency and hybrid fee structures in the past. Because the type of work that we do varies according to the client and the issues presented, we custom tailor our fees so that it makes sense for us and our clients.
What is a hybrid fee structure?
Typically it incorporates an hourly fee and a contingency fee and only works in rare situations where we are litigating on behalf of a plaintiff.
Do I have to pay up front for your services?
If we will be working on an hourly or flat fee, an initial retainer will be required. Upon the exhaustion of the retainer, we will bill our clients with an invoice. All hourly and flat rates will be agreed to prior to representation.
